These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "you") and emm777 ("emm777," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of all services, games, features, and functionality available through emm777.app and any associated mobile or web applications.

Your continued access to or use of the emm777 platform, including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in games or sports betting, or claiming a bonus, constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. emm777 conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) to verify your age and identity. emm777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Any winnings credited to an account found to belong to an underage user will be forfeited in full. emm777 will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and any relevant Philippine law enforcement agency in such cases.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active emm777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether through different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. emm777 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your emm777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. emm777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your emm777 account, you must notify emm777 customer support immediately. emm777 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

emm777 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

emm777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at emm777's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by emm777 and displayed at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change;
• emm777 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges;
• Deposits are credited to your emm777 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from the payment provider.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC identity;
• emm777 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours during operational periods;
• emm777 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or unresolved account disputes;
• Any unused bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

emm777 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered users. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. • Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they are credited;
• emm777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless otherwise specified;
• Abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus and winnings and may result in account termination;
• emm777's decision on all matters relating to Promotions is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the emm777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial purpose;
• Using bots, automated betting scripts, exploits, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or emm777 staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Placing bets on sporting events where you have inside information or where you are a participant, official, or have a conflict of interest;
• Abusing Promotions, including through structured or circular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent;
• Charging back deposits processed via GCash, PayMaya, or banking channels;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the emm777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any emm777 content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any emm777 software; or use the emm777 name, logo, or brand in any manner without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, emm777's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the claim.

emm777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

emm777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Gambling involves financial risk. emm777 makes no guarantee of winning outcomes, return-to-player rates on specific sessions, or financial returns of any kind.

emm777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. emm777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Detection of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software;
• Regulatory directive from PAGCOR or a relevant Philippine authority;
• The account has been dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, emm777 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account after deducting any sums owed to emm777. Where termination is initiated by emm777 for reasons unrelated to a breach by the user, emm777 will return the verified balance to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC completion.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the emm777 platform, you agree to first contact emm777 customer support to seek an amicable resolution. emm777 will endeavor to address and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with emm777 support, both parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, Philippines. The parties waive any objection to venue in Metro Manila to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes relating to emm777's PAGCOR licensing obligations or regulatory compliance matters may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

emm777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice for minor or administrative changes. For material changes that significantly affect user rights or obligations, emm777 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email to your registered address and/or an in-app notification.

The effective date of any updated Terms will be clearly stated on this page. Your continued use of the emm777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting emm777 support.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall be the version that governs the resolution of that dispute, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.
